【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesatypetestmethodtomeasurenoiselevelsinsidethedriver'scabsofrailwayvehiclesforassessingcompliancewiththerelevantEuropeanlegislation.NOTETherelevantEuropeanlegislationincludesDirective2003/10/ECof6February2003andtheCommissionDecisionsof23December2005(Technicalspecificationforinteroperabilityrelatingtothesubsystem‘rollingstock-noise’ofthetrans-Europeanconventionalrailsystem)andof21February2008(Technicalspecificationforinteroperabilityrelatingtothe‘rollingstock’sub-systemofthetrans-Europeanhigh-speedrailsystem).Thismethodisapplicableto:-themeasurementofnoiseinsidedriver'scabresultingfromthesoundingofexternalwarninghornswhenthevehicleisstationary;-themeasurementofnoiseinsidethedrivercabwhilethevehicleisrunning.Themethodisnotapplicableto:-complementarymeasurementsthatcanberequestedforacceptancetests,butwhicharenotrequiredbytheTSIsreferredtointhisstandard;-themeasurementofthenoisefrominternalandexternalaudibledevicesotherthanexternalwarninghorns;-routinemonitoringofthenoiseexposureoftraincrew.ThetestproceduresspecifiedinthisEuropeanStandardareofengineeringgrade(grade2)withaprecisionof±2dB,whichisthepreferredmethodfornoisedeclarationpurposes,asdefinedinENISO12001.
