【摘要】:ThisPASappliestofibreopticwavelengthdivisionmultiplexing(WDM)devices．Thesehaveallofthefollowinggeneralfeatures：·Theyarepassive,inthattheycontainnooptoelectronicorothertransducingelements；buttheymayusetemperaturecontrolbutonlywiththepurposeofstabiLizingdeVicecharacteristics：theyexcludeanyopticalswitchingfunction．·Theyhavethreeormoreportsfortheentryand／orexitofopticalpower,andshareopticalpoweramongtheseportsinapredeterminedfashiondependingonthewavelength．·Theportsareopticalfibresoropticalfibreconnectors．ThisdocumentestablishesunifOrmrequirementsforthefollowing：·Optical,mechanicalandenvironmentalproperties·Measurementandtestproceduresforqualityassessment．
