【摘要】:ISO14577-4:2007specifiesamethodfortestingcoatingsthatisparticularlysuitablefortestinginthenano/microrangeapplicabletothincoatings.Thistestmethodislimitedtotheexaminationofsinglelayerswhentheindentationiscarriedoutnormaltothetestpiecesurface,butgradedandmultilayercoatingscanalsobemeasuredincross-sectionifthethicknessoftheindividuallayersorgradationsisgreaterthanthespatialresolutionoftheindentationprocess.Thetestmethodisnotlimitedtoanyparticulartypeofmaterial.Metallic,non-metallicandorganiccoatingsareincludedinthescopeofISO14577-4:2007.TheapplicationofISO14577-4:2007regardingmeasurementofhardnessisonlypossibleiftheindenterisapyramidoraconewitharadiusoftipcurvaturesmallenoughforplasticdeformationtooccurwithinthecoating.Thehardnessofvisco-elasticmaterials,ormaterialsexhibitingsignificantcreepwillbestronglyaffectedbythetimetakentoperformthetest.
