【摘要】:IEC62310consistsofthreepartsandappliestofreestandinga.c.statictransfersystems(STS)intendedtoensurethecontinuityofpowertoloadbyautomaticallyormanuallycontrolledtransfer,withorwithoutinterruption,fromtwoorseverala.c.independentsources.ThispartofIEC62310concernsgeneralandsafetyrequirements.SeefutureIEC62310-2forelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)andfuturelEC62310-3forthemethodofspecifyingperformanceandtestrequirements.ThispartofIEC62310isintendedtoreducetheriskoffire,electricshock,orinjurytopersonsfrominstalledequipmentsubjecttoinstalling,operating,andmaintainingtheequipmentinthemannerprescribedbythemanufacturer.ThispartofIEC62310includesrequirementsfortheswitchingelements,theircontrolandprotectiveelements,whereapplicable.ThispartofIEC62310alsoincludesinformationfortheoverallintegrationoftheSTSanditsaccessoriesintothea.c.powerdistributionsystem.Componentsordevicesnecessaryfortheoperation/control/protection/isolation(e.g.circuit-breakers,fuses,transformers,etc.)ofaSTSshouldcomplywiththerequirementsoftherelevantIECstandardsandarenotcoveredbythispartofIEC62310.Thisstandardappliestosystemsupto1000V(a.c.value)whichareintendedtobeusedinsinglephaseorphase-phaseorthreephaseapplications.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:-devicesford.c.sourceswitching;-statictransfersystemusingonlyelectromechanicalswitchingdevicesintendedtobeusedinemergencypowersystemswithinterruptionofthesupplytotheloadduringtransfer.ThisequipmentiscoveredbyIEC60947-6-1;-theautomaticswitchingdevicesintegratedintoUPScoveredbyIEC62040series.NOTEForSTSintendedtobeusedinvehicles,onboardshipsoraircraft,intropicalcountries,foremergencypowersystems(suchasthoseusedforhealthcarefacilities,firefighting,emergencyrescue,etc.),oronelevationsgreaterthan1000m,differentrequirementsmaybenecessary.
