【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthereferencemethodforthedeterminationofthetatcontentofmilk-basedinfantfoods.Themethodisapplicabletoliquid,concentratedanddriedmilk-basedinfantfoodswithno,ornotmorethanamassfractionof5%(drymatter)ofstarchordextrin,orvegetable,fruit,meat,etc.NOTE1Malto-dextrinswithouthighermolecularmassdextrins,whichareoftenpresentininfantfoods,donotdisturbtheR?se-Gottliebextractionevenwhenpresentinhighconcentrations.Themethodisnotapplicabletoproductswhichdonotdissolvecompletelyinammoniaowingtothepresenceofmorethanafewpercentofstarchordextrin,ortothepresenceofhardlumps.Themethodisalsonotapplicabletoproductswhichcontainsfreefattyacidsinsignificantquantities.TheresultsobtainedfortheseproductswillbetooIow.NOTE2Forsuchproducts,recourseshouldbemadetoamethodutilizingtheWeibull-Berntropprinciple(seeISO8262-1).
